Seven steps of wiring should be considered after the installation of UPS power supply
1. Confirm whether the cable layout considers other system wiring in the future and meets the construction requirements. The cable layout is reasonable and meets the construction requirements.
2. Confirm whether the input cable, output cable and battery cable are connected correctly, fastened and damaged. All cable connections shall be free of looseness. Check whether the screws are tightened according to the corresponding torque wrench, and the connection is correct without damage.
3. If there is a remote management device connected, check whether the connection of relevant USB, network port, etc. is correct and tight. USB, network port and other control cables must be correctly connected and tightened.
4. Check whether the cable marks are clear and accurate. Both ends of the cable shall be marked, and the label shall be concise and easy to understand. 5. Check whether the ground wire of the UPS is connected to the ground wire row of the machine room and whether the ground wire connection is reliable. It needs to be led to the grounding bar in the machine room and connected firmly. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the UPS ground wire and the grounding bar in the machine room. The resistance must be less than 0.1 Ω.
6. Check whether the spacing of ties is uniform. The ties shall be used evenly, and no sharp corner shall be left at the cutting end to avoid scratching the maintenance personnel.
7. Check the operating environment. Clean conductive dust and other sundries inside and outside the cabinet.
